Finding your Mac specs and Pixelmator Pro version

This article explains how to find your Mac specs and Pixelmator Pro version.

Step 1
Find your Mac specs.

To find your Mac specs, click the Apple menu () in the upper-left corner of the menu bar, then choose About This Mac.




Step 2
Take a screenshot of your Mac specs.

To take a screenshot, press the Command-Shift-4 keyboard shortcut, press the spacebar, then click the About This Mac window. The screenshot will be be automatically saved to your desktop.




Step 3
Find your Pixelmator Pro version.

To find your Pixelmator Pro version, open Pixelmator Pro, click the Pixelmator Pro menu and choose  About Pixelmator Pro.




Step 4
Take a screenshot of your Pixelmator Pro version.

To take a screenshot, press the Command-Shift-4 keyboard shortcut, press the spacebar, then click the About Pixelmator Pro window. The screenshot will be be automatically saved to your desktop.



Step 5
Attach the screenshots to your response.

Once you have both screenshots on your desktop, attach them to your email to us along with any other relevant information, such as a crash report.
